Meredith Sadoulet

Bio

Meredith Sadoulet is the Founder and CEO of ProFound, with more than two decades of corporate leadership experience in finance, strategy, and human resources. Her corporate career spanned numerous Fortune 100 companies, including Comcast, Bank of New York Mellon, General Electric, and Lockheed Martin. Meredith has led scope across the Americas, Europe, and Asia including Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategy, Leadership Development, Learning, Early Career Recruitment, Organizational Performance, and Culture.  She is the recipient of national awards for large-scale workforce strategy, including the Top Talent Officer Award from the National Diversity Council and the HR Impact on Future of Work Award from SHRM and SIOP.  She serves as adjunct faculty teaching post-graduate Advanced HR courses at Villanova University.

Meredith has both personal and professional connections to disability advocacy and accessibility.  She has served on the Board of The Arc of the United States since 2021, and was elected to serve as President of the National Board from 2024 - 2026.  The Arc is the oldest and largest nonprofit in the U.S. providing advocacy and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, through nearly 600 chapters nationwide.  Meredith has held other advocacy-related leadership positions including Co-Chair of DisabilityIN's Talent Acquisition Committee, Co-Chair of the Inclusion, Equity, and Access Committee of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), and member of the Pay Equity Committee of Philadelphia's Forum of Executive Women.  She believes inclusive workforce strategy is a powerful catalyst for career growth and organizational impact.
