Meredith Sadoulet
Founder Story
Raised in Pennsylvania, Meredith grew up in a family of three generations of small business owners. As a teenager, she worked in customer service at an agricultural company in her rural hometown. A college internship later took her to Wall Street, solidifying her interest in business and launching her into the corporate world. She spent the first decade of her career in finance, learning what drives corporate results and observing how diverse teams produce stronger company performance.
Meredith’s early career experiences sparked her interest in leadership practices, workforce strategy, and organizational culture.  She pivoted into human resources, building expertise across talent acquisition, leadership development, learning, compensation, culture and belonging, and more.  Over time, she progressed through executive HR roles at several Fortune 100 companies, guiding teams that supported millions of candidates alongside thousands of employees and leaders.
Living in Spain and leading teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia broadened Meredith’s experiences globally and deepened her appreciation for cultural diversity.  Serving as a national nonprofit board chair and an adjunct university instructor sharpened her skills in diplomacy and engagement.  Her lived experience with disability fuels her unwavering advocacy for access and inclusion.
With this lens, Meredith founded ProFound, a search firm built to celebrate the value of different leadership styles, experiences, and backgrounds. Her passion is to connect organizations with leaders who deliver exceptional results and reflect the values, cultures, and communities they serve.
